Waterbug monitoring
Waterbug monitoring can give you an indicator of waterway health in a one-off assessment, and an indication of change after restoration or a sudden impact. It also lets you know what fish food you have in your waterway (hints for choosing lures, baits and flies!). There is also historical data for many waterways to compare to as a historical baseline. These metrics act as the vital signs of our waterway and can bring our attention to its greatest threats.
