Renee Ferenc – Director of Engagement and Culture

Renee has an extensive 20-year background in corporate communications and management working across major brands in NFP, education, employment and tourism sectors.

She is passionate about storytelling, digital transformation and improving customer and member experiences. She thrives on the big picture as a personal passion for working on innovative brands which have included Wonderland Sydney, RACQ LifeFlight, Queensland Eye Institute Foundation and the Queensland Government for Gold Coast Schoolies to name a few.

During her career, she has successfully helped raise the corporate profile of national companies and household brands through a variety of traditional and cutting edge communications and marketing initiatives.

Her event experience spans major products in the youth arena. Renee held the position of national communication manager for the Rock Eisteddfod Challenge, Australia largest and most successful youth cultural event at the time. She managed the communications strategy for 50 events around Australia in some of the country’s largest entertainment venues.

At OzFish Renee is responsible for increasing community awareness and facilitating corporate partnerships to drive national growth and engagement of OzFish.
