Miranda Bain – Director
Miranda lives in regional Victoria and has worked in international public relations- clients included Mars Incorporated, in feature film and documentary filmmaking, in journalism and in online education. Since 2003 Miranda has worked as a strategic adviser in justice and the courts, bringing together government, courts, the legal profession, local government and the not-for-profit sector to deliver programs which have transformed traditional business models.
Her passions are human rights and the environment; her speciality is communications and community engagement. She has relevant qualifications in media, communications and education. She has an ongoing commitment to Rotary International and to the principles which develop sustainable communities.
Miranda has been nominated for an Australian of Year Award in 2018, recognising her ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex issues. Locally, over a ten-year period, she volunteers as one of the key architects leading Macedon Ranges to declared a Distinctive Area and Landscape, which both protects the region from overdevelopment and the pristine waterways and forests.
