Salt Bay and Black Neds Bay Planting Day, Lake Macquarie – Planting Day 2

Come Down And Get Your Hands Dirty, As We Help Bring This Saltmarsh Back To Life!
OzFish Unlimited and Lake Macquarie Landcare Volunteer Network were lucky enough to receive a Community Environment Grant from Lake Macquarie Council which will allow us to plant over 1,200 native trees and ground covers in Salt Bay and Black Neds Bay, Swansea. With so many trees to be planted we need all the hands we can get!
The OzFish Hunter Chapter and Landcare are meeting and need the help of some epic volunteers (you), to help restore this incredible ecosystem!
Our planting days will be all about getting together and learning from one another.
Morning tea provided. Registrations essential.
The project was made possible with funding support from the Lake Macquarie Community Environment Grants, the NSW Recreational Fishing Trusts under the Landcare NSW Partnership and BCF – Boating Camping and Fishing.
