Join Rise and Shine and OzFish for a community clean up on the foreshore of Lake Illawarra. Let’s keep our beautiful lake pristine!
This event is all about pitching in and protecting the natural beauty of Lake Illawarra.
Join us at Berkeley Harbour (in front of the Sailing Club) for a morning dedicated to clearing the shoreline of litter, protecting fishing spots, fish habitats, and making a real difference to our environment. Join fellow nature-lovers, wear your comfy clothes, and bring loads of enthusiasm. We’ll provide everything else you need to collect litter.
Bonus: The free event will end with an insightful ‘Fun with Fish’ educational talk with Dr Trudy Costa from the University of Wollongong.
