Community clean-up and Barbecue – Mandurah

OzFish has teamed up with Tangaroa Blue Foundation to clean-up the rock groyne for this years west coast clean-up event.
Whether you’re a fisher or not, you’re invited to join us at the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club to help remove litter from our waterways, which will then be sorted and counted for entry in the Australian Marine Debris Initiative database.
There will also be a free barbecue after the clean-up where you’ll be able to connect with other like-minded individuals over a sausage sizzle.

10am with the clean-up going for one hour, followed by sorting and data entry a sausage sizzle until approximately 1pm.
Meeting place:
Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club outside of the Hook Café On the day, you’ll be able to see where we are set up upon entering the carpark of MOFSC.

The clean up will take place along the rock wall adjacent to Breakwater Parade
