Rewilding Narlu, NSW

September 21, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm AEST

Join us on the banks of the Orara River & Friday Creek with the Coffs Harbour OzFish community to plant native vegetation for our native fish.

By planting native vegetation along the banks of the river it will ensure a healthier and more sustainable fish population. You might even see some platypus! This property is being transformed into a wildlife wonderland, with thousands of trees also being planted to create and link koala habitat. A sausage sizzle lunch will be provided on the day. Registration is essential, we hope to see you there!

This event was originally planned for the 3rd of September but has been rescheduled to Wednesday 21st September due to poor weather.

This project was made possible by the landholders, the OzFish Landcare Partnership Project, Coffs Harbour City Council and Orara Valley Rivercare Groups Management Committee Inc.
