Swallow Hollow Tree Planting Day – Nymboida

Join us in planting 500 trees at Swallow Hollow, Nymboida

OzFish members and landowners will be planting native trees and shrubs along Swallow Hollow along the Nymboida River NSW. This is a special part of the world, eastern cod are thriving and wildlife have bounced back after the bushfires. Anglers or wildlife enthusiasts will be amazed what this area has to offer and what restoration efforts can be achieved. Volunteers are invited to camp from Friday evening. Bring your camping gear, food, drinks, fishing gear, kayaks etc.

Camping starts –  Friday 11th, 6pm  BYO food, drink, fishing, and camping gear
Tree planting  – Saturday 12th of February 9 am – 12 noon

Toilets and shower facilities are available. The Nymboida can get cold, so pack appropriately. There is plenty of room for tents, swags, and camper trailers. Please bring along appropriate footwear, sun protection, and gloves that should be worn for planting. The location is a private property near Nymboida Police Station, a pin drop and mud map will be provided upon registration.
