Styles Point Saltmarsh Restoration – NSW

Join OzFish, the Rathmines Sustainable Neighbourhood Group, and the Lake Macquarie Volunteer Landcare Network at Styles Point for the opportunity to restore an area of degraded saltmarsh.
By helping us plant 720 saltmarsh species, and encouraging the natural expansion of saltmarsh from remanent pockets, we are can begin to improve shoreline stability, water quality, and the productivity of aquatic food webs in Lake Macquarie.
A BBQ lunch will be provided as a reward for your hard work!
