Sherwood Creek Planting Day – NSW

Join OzFish at Sherwood Creek for a morning of tree planting to help improve fish and wildlife habitat.
Assist in the recovery of Sherwood Creek from the Summer 2019-2020 Bushfires by planting native plants and reconnecting native corridors along the riparian bank, helping to increase fish and wildlife habitat.
Trees bordering creeks create shade, which allow fish to move more freely for activities such as mating and provides food by way of insects dropping from overhanging branches.
Lunch will be provided for those that register.
