Saltwater Creek restoration project launch

Over the next three years, OzFish will be restoring the habitat in Saltwater Creek in Cairns. This work will lead to healthier water, healthier native fish, animals and birds – and better fishing!

Saltwater Creek is a catchment under pressure from urban development. OzFish is committed to alleviating these pressures through a three-year project aimed at improving water quality, fish habitat, overall ecosystem health, and community amenity.
