Pippi Beach Clean Up – Yamba NSW

Come along and help clean up the beach, still impacted by the debris caused by the recent flooding.
Our beautiful North Coast beaches are still being lined with flood-related debris, which is known to have a range of negative impacts on fish. These impacts include starvation, hormone disruption, and entanglement. Join the OzFish Clarence River Chapter in cleaning up Pippi Beach, Yamba. The event will be held Sunday 31st July, 10 am – 12pm. A BBQ lunch will be provided to those who register. We will be meeting near the toilet blocks. Please bring safe footwear, a hat, sunscreen, and drinking water. Registration is essential, we hope to see you there!
