Howie’s Junior Jetty Classic

Calling all kids! Whether you’re already a mad-keen fisho or want to learn some fishing basics we have a fun fishing event for you.
The OzFish Geographe Chapter is partnering up with Busselton Jetty to present Howie’s Junior Jetty Classic these school holidays. Open to kids 14 years and younger, Howie’s Junior Jetty Classic will begin with a short fishing clinic followed by a fishing comp on Busselton Jetty.
Prizes will be awarded to the best fish caught in 3 separate age categories as well as spot prizes for special catches. The fishing clinic will begin at 5 pm at the Foreshore Youth Centre while the competition will run from 5:30pm – 8:30pm and presentations will follow. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult and can register for the free event below or on the day. Registrations are limited to 100, so get in quick! Competition Terms and Conditions apply.
