Hervey Bay Clean Up – QLD

OzFish Hervey Bay is hosting a clean up at Dundowran Beach!
Come along and help us clean up Dunowran Beach. We will be targeting marine debris and micro plastics in the sand. It is important to remove this rubbish as aquatic life and birds can mistake it for food when it is washed into the ocean.
When: 3rd of September 9:00 – 11:00am
Where: Dundowran Beach – Carpark end of Ansons Road
Please wear appropriate footwear and bring along sun protection. This is a family event – kids are welcome to come along.
Morning Tea will be provided after the clean up!
Registration is essential.
