Coldstream River Tree Planting – NSW

December 17, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am AEDT

Join OzFish Clarence River Chapter to plant trees along Coldstream riverbank.

Coldstream River’s banks are highly degraded; OzFish Clarence River Chapter have been working together to improve this habitat. In October, we planted 500 trees and shrubs to complement weed removal. Follow up weeding is now required, and we have another 500 trees and shrubs to plant, thanks to Friends of the Koala.

Come along Saturday the 17th of December from 8 am to help plant trees and remove invasive weed species. We’ve decided to start early to escape the heat, but you’re welcome to come along later in the morning.

Attendees are asked to bring water and sunscreen and wear enclosed footwear, long pants and sun protection.

Morning tea will be provided, registration is essential.
We hope to see you there!
