Catch a carp day – Lake Eppalock

The Catch a carp day is a great opportunity for locals to have a fish and help reduce the carp population in the waterway. Learn from local anglers and OzFish members on how best to catch carp and why it’s important to reduce their population.
The event is being held in the same area where OzFish will be deploying 50 snags to improve fish habitat and support our native fish populations. Snags are also great for fishos as they provide easily accessible fishing spots.
Light lunch and water will be provided. Please bring fishing rods and tackle. Bait will be supplied (you’re more than welcome to bring your own).
Registration is essential.
