Tracey Roberts – River Culture Officer – Bundjalung

I am a proud Minyungbal and WakaWaka woman born in QLD. I grew up in Fingal Heads and my parents moved to the far south-east coast of NSW for the seasonal work on farms, picking beans, peas and corn at a little place called Eurobodalla – locals call it Bodigadie.

I have four beautiful children and thirteen grandchildren, and two Great Grannies. I’m hoping that through my position at OzFish, being involved with Richmond River Keepers, and working with other cultural teams from different organisations, I can support the waters, flora and fauna on Bundjalung Country and throughout the Richmond River Catchment, NSW.
