As fishers we are all devastated at seeing the fish kills gripping parts of the Murray Darling Basin, causing a lasting impact on our native fish stocks. As predicted, high temperatures and poor water quality are set to impact fish in more rivers across Australia. Here at OzFish, we aim to keep you informed of actions you can take in these events.
If you hold concerns for your own river or waterway, here’s what you can do:
Report any fish kills, no matter how small.
