We Are Moving! We Need Volunteers To Help Us To Set Up Our New Home At The Port Of Brisbane.

After more than 3 years at our current site at Port of Brisbane, we are moving to a new site just down the road at the Port, and we need some help to get the new site up and running. The working bees will be at 8am-12pm. Working bees will take place at the OzFish Shell Recycling Centre at Port of Brisbane Park, Whimbrel Street, Port of Brisbane. We will be unpacking, reassembling our machinery and generally tidying up. Please remember to wear sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and a hat. If you have gloves, please bring them and don’t forget to bring plenty of drinking water and perhaps a snack. Please note that there may not be any bathroom facilities on site at this early stage in our move. For those interested in our usual ROB Building Working Bees, we expect to be back to building and deploying ROBS in July, as we continue working towards the restoration of the lost shellfish reefs of Moreton Bay. Registration is essential.
