Lake Wyangan Classic – NSW

The Lake Wyangan Classic is a chance for members of the local community to reconnect with nature and share their love of fishing.
There is something for everyone, including a fishing competition, jumping castle and raffles on the day. To join in on the fishing competition, entry is $20 (children under 12 are free) and all proceeds raised will go back to restoring Lake Wyangan. There will also be a free BBQ after the fishing concludes, which is provided by Armstrong plant hire.
Competition
- There are two categories, JNR (16 and under) and SNR (17 and older)
- The goal is to catch the biggest Murray cod, there will also be a prize for the biggest carp
- Photos of fish to be displayed at Griffith boat club boat ramp from 6:00pm
- Participants must be at presentation to collect prize
Times
Registration: 6:00am to 9:30am at Griffith boat club boat ramp
Fishing: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Presentation: 6:15pm to 6:30pm at Griffith boat club boat ramp
