Creekwatch – BBQ & Fishing Day
November 30 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am AEDT
At OzFish we love to get out and about on the water and flick a line when we can. Join us on the 30th of November to get together and enjoy a morning of fishing. This is a casual catch up for anyone who might like to head down and wet a line.
The tides are favourable with High tide at 8:33AM AEST 3.10m and low tide at 2:27 PM AEST 1.50 m. This gives a good run in at sunrise and a great window on the falling tide after 9am.
We would ask though if children are interested that a guardian is present. Please bring your own fishing gear.
Meeting at 3-mile Creek on Cape Pallarenda Rd, Rowes Bay (Robertson Park), bring your gear and meet us for a day of fishing!
If you are keen to spend some time outdoors, learn new skills, and meet like-minded people, then this is for you. Our activities are fun and family-friendly, creating a relaxed environment all are welcome. Make sure you wear enclosed shoes that can get wet, a hat and bring plenty of water.
Creekwatch was established by Townsville City Council and is supported by Dry Tropics Partnership for Healthy Waters, NQ Dry Tropics and BCF – Boating, Camping, Fishing
